We believe in delivering responsible and good customer service. We proactively inform and educate our customers to bet responsibly, and how to get help should they need it.
Accreditations and Milestones
We adopt the World Lottery Association’s Responsible Gaming Framework to benchmark our practices. We have been awarded the highest global level of certification (Level 4) in 2012, and clinched this accolade again in 2015 and 2019. We have to demonstrate continuous improvements to gain re-certification every three years.

Rebranded the "Winners Wealth Management Programme" to "Care for Winners Programme", in partnership with Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) MoneySENSE, the national financial education initiative. Customers who claim prizes of S$5,000 and above at Singapore Pools Building are provided with information on financial planning tips and responsible gaming messages. |

Adopted the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG)’s voluntary Responsible Gambling Code of Practice when it was issued. Prior to that, Singapore Pools provided consultation and feedback to NCPG in crafting the Code.
